3 Days Fez to Marrakech Desert Tour

Day 1: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Merzouga: Depart Fez in the morning and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane and the Azrou Cedar Forest. Continue through Midelt and the Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek into the dunes, watch the sunset, followed by dinner and overnight in the desert camp.

Day 2: Merzouga – Desert Exploration – Rissani – Merzouga: Early sunrise over the dunes, followed by breakfast. Explore the desert region, visit Berber nomad families, desert villages, and the town of Rissani (market day depending). Return to Merzouga for dinner and overnight in a hotel or lodge.

Day 3: Merzouga – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – High Atlas – Marrakech: After breakfast, depart toward Marrakech via Alnif and the Draa Valley. Stop in Ouarzazate for photos before crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrival in Marrakech in the evening.
